Concerts For A Cause Raises $60k for St. Augustine Youth Services

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Florida (Oct. 8, 2026) – The Tringali Barn at Heritage Farms welcomed PLATINUM-selling singer-songwriter Jackson Dean on Saturday, Sept. 26, for its latest Concerts For A Cause fundraiser. Hosted by owner Chris Shee and his family, the fundraiser raised $57,989 for this year’s beneficiary, the St. Augustine Youth Services’ Independent Living Village, a housing project that will provide safe accommodations for young men aging out of foster care. This is the seventh Concerts For A Cause, which has now raised $408,619 for local nonprofits. During his opening remarks on the main stage, Shee thanked the community for their support.

“I’m always so nervous about these events because I like handing out literal big checks, and I like those checks to have big numbers on them,” says Chris Shee, owner and operator of Heritage Farms. “But I don’t need to be, because we live in the best place in the United States. No matter our differences, when this community needs us, Northeast Florida shows up, and they show up big. We were blessed to have Jackson Dean speak to the boys at St. Augustine Youth Services, and the experience was so moving that one couple wrote a check for an additional $10,000. Many in the audience donated above and beyond their ticket price, and some donated even though they couldn’t attend. Bringing people together to enjoy a night of music under the stars is incredibly fun and joyful, but the purpose is even more meaningful.”

The September Concerts For A Cause benefited the St. Augustine Youth Services’ (SAYS) Independent Living Village, a project Shee has been a part of from the start. The Independent Living Village, currently under construction on the SAYS campus, will be a home where young men aging out of foster care can take their next steps while still having critical support nearby. Shee, who co-founded MasterCraft Builder Group in 2011, has built a reputation for philanthropy, using his success to help others, especially women, children, and young people in need. He and his family use Tringali Barn as a hub for charitable events, raising millions of dollars over the years for local nonprofits. Concerts For A Cause has raised $408,619 over seven concerts since 2021.
